$500 detailing? Now I have heard everything. Car looks sick though.

 

Got an alignment at Euro-Tire after lowering my car a few weeks ago.

 

Oh that was cheap. I told him to stop at 500$. He does a lot of exotics he charges twice that. Lol

 

I wish I could get the Rupes. I settled for the porter cable. It's my side money. Haha. $50 to reclear people's head lights for 30 minutes? Haha.

 

Kind of a weekend rollup:

-Pulled starter and will hopefully replace with a new one later today as long as part store didn't mess up again

-Cleaned up a mess under my oil pan and front diff; appeared to be blowback from a past leak so there was oil and gunk all under there so sprayed it all with brake cleaner and wiped down. Will also help me see if there's a new leak currently or in the future. While I was under there I checked all connection points where a leak could occur and found no traces then talked to previous owner and he confirmed he had 2 leaks after engine was built where a couple of things weren't tightened down fully but were fixed immediately. Residue was probably from those leaks, so I hope. I've never had any spots under the car on the pavement and I park in the same spot at my apartment so I can always monitor so I think it's just residual from the past leaks.

 

Gave my headlights a crystal clear view again

 

Did you just wet sand them down then polish? Mine are getting pretty hazy from the fogs being on all the time for drl's. Wanna clean them up but curious how you went about it. Looks good btw

 

Ordered my STM rear drag brake kit and hydraulic staging brake!

 

I used Mothers powerball 4 lights. 26 bucks at autozone. It's comes with everything from the sand paper to the polish. It worked great for me

 

Ordered some DEI reflect-a-gold tape

 

Got my spoolin up COP kit in the mail.

Earlier I posted about my headlights. I just finished dipping my wheels

 

From last night but put in new starter and a new rear o2 sensor. Good to be reading accurate AFR and so far car is like 10/10 on cranks so fingers crossed that it keeps cranking.
