I think you can get the Hallman Pro RX boost controllers for around 100 bucks now. Great controller for the price.

Others can be had for half that and are just as good. If you want to adjust boost in the cabin, do ECU controlled boost Originally Posted by RaiN907

You're just asking for one of your friends to just crank it randomly when you're not looking!Quote:
top or bottom?
On top. Whatever makes the top travel the least while rotating around the center ball section.Originally Posted by joon82

Just installed short shifter from ebay($35 shipped) with the bushing that came with it.
I tried to do it aggressively but didnt have proper tool to cut the portion of base. So I went with less aggressive. It definately feels shorter than stock and also smoother than stock.
I wonder how it will feel when I switch to aggressive.
Top cover didnt fit right after installing aluminum bushing that came with shifter. Had to remove large washing and the problem was solved.
Best $35 I've spent so far on my evo.
Also it only takes about 20-30 min(it was my first time too)
btw you'll need tool to cut stock shifter if not u have to get replacement from mitsubishi.

Great thread...I was content to not mod for awhile and then I ran across your thread and DAMN YOU! I'm modding $100 bucks at a time, but it's turning out to be too many times a day. Just picked up the SS kit, speed source under hood bushings, and Rotorpro rotors. Now I need to breathe and start again next pay check.
