I have put too much time and money into my Evo to let it go anytime soon.

 

once i get her she will always have a spot in my garage i dont plan on getting rid of her

 

i am approaching year 2 (july/09) its my first new car so it will be with me forever, not to mention i absolutely love it! it will be grounded from Daily Driving uses once i get a real job, out of college, and did i say a real job LOL.

 

Wow nice to have ran into this thread. I'm pretty sure I tell myself and my dad who hates my car everyday that I am keeping it FOREVER!

 

probably... though it's hard to say how my situation will be many years from now.

i'd like to think i'll keep her forever though.

 

I have been through a few real rough months for the bank accounts and I find a way to get by. If I haven't been forced to sell yet, I dont want to know what its going to take for me to do it, or maybe I do...
Too much blood, sweat, tears, time and money invested in my early 03. She's got 53000 (as I pulled in the driveway tonight!) on the clock, ~11k on the new/build power train. I love every minute in that car, even when I'm getting a speeding ticket, lol.

 

I purchased my 04 evo and after driving it for the first time I felt as though this was the best car that I have ever been in and that I would drive this thing into the ground...instead I totaled it (mind you it was like losing my child). Soooo i bought another one but a IX this time and hoping to have better luck with this one.

 

i would love to keep mine forever and keep doing mods to it. its an addiction.

 

Ive had her since 05 and i couldnt imagine having any other car.

 

I'm sure i'll keep mine for atleast 5 more years. Need to think about it when i get married.

Unless I can get someone to trade me a stateside legal 97 GTR skyline straight across. then i would have to think about it.

 

Haha, you and me both. In reality, I hope there's not a day coming when I will think my life is better off without the Evo, but who knows.
