you think there will be any gas left by the time we get "old" to drive these things?

I'm committed considering my wife just told me today that due to the enormous amounts of money I'm spending and have spent on my car that there is no way that I'm getting anything else...EVER!

I'll keep my EVO until I can afford a car that with outperform it...like the 2009 Chevy ZR1, but since I dont own a money tree in my backyard I guess I'll keep my EVO...

I don't have mine yet, but when I do I don't ever plan to get rid of it. I guess I said that about my FD too, and now I am selling it for an EVO.

Boy is it going to take forever to get my 50 posts in so I can post on for sale threads.

most likely for me being a 2003 owner, if the XI does happen to come out I will most likely buy that new from mitsu. The handleing and power is by far the best car ive ever had. I started out wit the 1st gen and 2nd gen dsm's back in highschool so these cars have always been a favorite. my evo is unfortunately getting old and by the time XI comes out it will be time to upgrade.

There might not be any petrol left by the time we are old, (some of us are already old BTW, myself included) but we can always brew up our own ethanol through some backyard distillation for race day

I tend to hang on to my past cars a long time and I bought my Evo in hopes of keeping it forever. It has enough room to fit my family comfortably and I love the performance. When the engine gets tired, it'll get a 2.3 stroker.

im not
im not into the car like i was when i first got it. i guess things change

if someone came up to me and wanted to buy it for a good price, id sell it in a heartbeat. im getting away from the whole car thing, its just so much bullsh*t and drama around here. it just gets old. plus i have new things going on in my life right now and priorities are changing. as most of you can tell, i barely post on here anymore

maybe i can find something to get me back into the evo spirit again, im hoping i can. im not giving up yet, but i feel its getting to that point
