Radio Shack 272-1092 for $1.99. It is a 12v 0.7w bulb rated at 10000 hours life. Note how the OEM bulb flying leads are twisted into the gray base and then do the same with the new one.

I am also interested in finding out what the issue is. Mine doesn't light up and neither does my fog light switch. Are these powered by a fuse? If so, which one?

Have you checked to see if the bulbs are burned out? This was a very common issue with older Sentras, and the same part number as above, fixed it. The RS bulb might be a little shorter, but it will fit and you won't notice any difference in brightness.
