yeah, the stock clutch is a beast. unless you drive it riding the clutch. you'd be lucky to get 20K on it doing that on a daily basis.

Its a Works P2 flash, max boost is between 21- 22psi. Is on a stock turbo and runs strong. One thing I did notice is the car idles at like 950? Is that normal with a tuned car? I think stock is like 850.

I was running NGK BR8ES for a while and then decided to go with the stock BPR7EIX. I think I got them from rockauto.com

They run them from the factory for a reason I figure.

I have all the bolt ons plus some other stuff and they work fine.

Nice find BTW.

Ok the stockers will be in there for sure then. Cal City huh? We ride out by Ridgecrest. Lots of open roads to blow out the Evo on.

OK the car has a Works p2 flash on it now. It was on it when I bought it. With the tuners around today would you guys consider it worthwhile to retune the car for more power. Or, is the Works flash still good in today's standards. The flash was done in 2006 and Works boost hoses wre installed at the same time.

That is a nice car my friend. I'm hoping to buy my first Evo 8 later this year, hope I can find one as clean as yours.
