It is ABSOLUTELY worth if for anybody that has access to the fuel, even if you are bone stock. The mileage is a little bit lower, but the additional power makes it a no brainer. E85 is the good stuff!!
From what I've been told if you have to much 85 in your tank and add 93 it cause cause your engine to go boom that is what I have been told your tank has to be pretty much empty a few miles after your gas light is on

You are supposed to look at the seasonal chart near the bottom...it tells you what class ethanol your particual area caries during a certain month of the year...

E85 Class 1
E78 Class 2
E70 Class 3

These are just minimal ratings, your particual area could possibly be higher.

Could be true due to e85 needing more fuel, and it running lean...I've filled up as soon as the light came on and have a wideband and monitored, but as long as your drive conservative it won't go boom...I did do a little tuning after filling up on my first tank after e85 and did notice that it was about half a point too lean...

And just a side note...when the gas light comes on don't freak out the gauge can go all the way past the e mark and you'll still have about half a gallon left...you know the last little hash mark.
