I don't think you can use EGR with these aftermarket throttle bodies. You may simply need to swap it back to stock.

 

You can't use the EGR. Also be careful, they break easy.

 

It's been a little while since I've looked but AFAIK the actual EGR gas passages are in the intake manifold. So all you would need is to source the vacuum for the control mechanism yourself to get it working. You will need pre and post throttle vacuum sources as pictured here. You could add a port to your Upper intercooler pipe just before the throttle and then grab vacuum from the manifold.
