Why do EVO owners keep their cars with such low mileage?
I bought my Evo with 18,272 miles on it in 06 from a close friend who used it as his DD (he has alot more money than me) and it now has 26,624. I have a couple of bikes, a truck, a and a prius for DD. I usually drive about 4K miles a month. Alot of it is highway and traffic miles and I really don't like the way the Evo handles either of those. I generally drive it a few times a month just to keep the seals from drying up and then whenever I'm in the mood to take it for a spirited drive.
I like the car but it really doesn't fit my everyday needs so I don't use it every day. Nor is it really all that fast in the grand scheme of things. I've considered selling my evo and my truck and replacing them with a crew cab srt10 ram. That way I could haul my bikes to the track in style and comfort as well as take my family on rv camping trips.

So I'm planning on getting a daily drive and leave my Evo at home for weekends.
19.5k on my recent IX.
I'll be using my stock 05 STi (65k) or 01 Chevy(70k) to put the miles on instead of the Evo. Also due to the fact they're more comfortable to drive in, race clutch and stiff suspension gets a bit exhausting in traffic lol.
Plus as winter approaches the evo is getting long overdue prep work such as clearbra, RA flaps, underpanel and so forth. In the process of finishing the repair work on it's winter SE lip as well to take all the snow, ice and gravel damage.
