Thank you 'tiggeryellow1' for posting the vac line pic. I was getting ready to ask 'which vac line is everyone using and where is it?' and saw someone else bucked up first!

I'll be using Sea Foam tonight or tomorrow once my car is done with the timing belt change.

Thanks everyone for posting your experiences and concerns...I was more 'concerned' about using this product than 'willing' and needed to read everyone's approval of it before giving this product a shot!

Ok well I added some to my gas tank and oil and I can tell the difference. My injectors are a little more quite, going to add the rest into a vacuum and see what that does.

Thanks for the pics Tigger I'm going to have to do this weekend or next week. My next oil change is in 150miles, so the timing couldn't be better

Soooo I might have missed where someone already answered this but it is ok to put any amount in your gas tank? You dont have to put ONLY a certain amount in the gas tank and the rest somewhere else? I'm probably going to follow the same method tigger used but idk if it has to be an exact amount or only a limited amount in certain places.

IIRC the can (16oz.) says that it will treat between 8 and 20 gallons of gas.

Ok thanks. I guess I will just get a bottle and use the same method that tigger used.

Ski,
I wanted to play by the rules for the first go around as this is my DD after all (well at least until my other gurl comes back from the shop ) and at $10 a can why wouldn't you want to spread that out as far as you could? I mean yea it's only 10 bones but damn sun... $10 A CAN! The Berryman's Chemtool used to be my favorite fuel/motor additave before I stumbled across this stuff. So I plan on using it in the motor next as a pre oil change additave and as an concurrent detergent. I will let you all know how those events turn out as they happen. But in the meantime I will prolly follow this 2/3...1/3 for the next 2-3 tankfulls of gas just to see how much improvement was made over all performance and gas mileage wise. Plus I want to do a comparison contrast of how much white smoke came out of the exhaust after adding SeaFoam to the intake the 1st time vs. 2nd time vs 3rd time and so on. If this stuff trully does what it says it does then it should be exponentially less each time yea I mean all things in the world being equal right? And if not maybe that would further indicate that there is another underlying issue wit my kah yea Man I am just getting started I intend to know what the full capabillities and limitations of this liquid goodness is bro

i just added seafoam to my intake and wow what smoke came out. When i first removed my vacuum line i thought my engine was going to implode by the amount of shaking it was doing, also dident help what i was running lean. I added one cup and i first their was no smoke at all. Was pondering why would a 104k mile car produce no smoke? Well once i reved it that's when the smoke machine started to kick in. Ill see how well it drives when i go to class later today.

I used it today as well and odd thing was 4 minutes after I used the seafoam I did a quick sprint to speed on the freeway and noticed blue smoke? I am hoping it was just some residual gunk in the intake manifold. I also changed my PCV valve right after I saw the smoke. I will check again tomorrow but it was scary

And I know my rings aren't shot because when I pulled off the brake booster line and capped it with my thumb, it gave me a damn hickey lol.
