I need Wheel help!

Ok First off, Thanks everyone for your time! Now before you all bash me I want you to Know that my knowledge is very limited about cars! My 21 year old son is the one with the Lancer Evo But I want to get him the rims he wants for Christmas but I have no idea if these will fit.

Please help me!

What i do know is that he wants White Rota Grits and He wants to stick to 17's!
Id ask him for help but then it would give away that Im getting him rims for Christmas!

Anyways I want to know if these exact ones will fit his evo!

My second question. He currently has Evo 8 rims and he just recently bought tires for them rims a few months ago. Will he be able to use the same tires on those rims? Or do I need to buy him new tires along with the rims?

He drives a 2006 Lancer Evo 9.

Sorry I'm a dummy guys! I'm just a ol redneck trying to help my son out!

Thanks for helping!

Ok well I can help you out and say no. The stock offset is +35, backspaceing is 6.18", bolt pattern is 5-114. That given info those rims are a little big. I would try to find something like those or contact seller and see if he has those to stock spec. Hope this helps.

You Are Bidding on a Brand New Set of Rota Grid Wheels in White

Wheel Manufacture/ Model: Rota Grid
Wheel Size: 17x9
Wheel Finish: White
Bolt Pattern/Offset: 5x114.3 +25
Application: Most vehicles (Imported / Domestic)
* Mitsubishi EVO 8, 9, X, 06+ Eclipse Acura TL,
2011 Scion TC, XD, 05+ Subaru STI
Lexus IS350. IS250, Nissan 350z, 370z
Infiniti G35, G37, Mazda RX8
More and more...... (Please contact us for fitment)

The first link is a +42 offset, second link is +25, I'd go with the +25. Yes the 17x9 white rota grids will fit though, so that 2nd link looks like them.

I would recommend staying with a +35 offset for a 17x9.

Those +25 will be too aggressive and will rub your fenders.

Ive looked everywhere thats as good as it gets unless they are 18s. Could he just roll the fender then those would be ok?

I'm running them now with no problems... only reason I rub on my fender sometimes is because I dont have the little plug holding the one side in ^_^

I'm running 17x9 Rota Grids with ET25 and have no problems at all, and I am lowered on tein springs... The stance is perfect...
