that's a good idea, I only loosened the rear section. I was working by myself so it was a bit of a pain, but I'll give that a shot and maybe use all 3 of my jacks and some jackstands to keep it in place

Cutting the bumper should be your last resort, that will look terrible IMO, the JDM rear has a pretty big opening for aftermarket exhausts (bigger than USDM). Try using aftermarket exhaust hangers to get more room. Sometimes the stock hangers don't fit well with aftermarket exhausts. If that doesn't do the trick consider cutting the exhaust and having it custom welded to fit. (pretty hard to find someone to weld Ti though )

From what I've heard the Ti-C fits perfect (check out the JDM rear exhaust fitment thread) with the JDM rear so definitely do some inspecting before you cut.

It would just be trimming a small corner on the inside of the diffuser part, I don't even think it would be visible from the outside. I'll get a picture when I get home, but yeah I'm going to loosen the entire exhaust and see if I can keep it in place. The muffler itself just needs to move to the passenger side about 1/4" and it would fit perfect... I can move it by hand, but it just goes right back cause there is nothing keeping it there. Last resort I might try to manipulate the exhaust hanger at the rear with some big zip ties?

If you cant actually see the cut than go for it, it doesn't make that much of a difference. I thought you meant cut around the hole for the exhaust, as there seems to be a fair bit of room there as it is.

Be careful those zip ties don't melt lol.

cutting the bumper will be my last resort, and I don't want to modify the exhaust at all. If the zip tie works I will go get a metal one from heatwrap applications for a more permanent solution. but first thing will be loosening and tightening the exhaust and see if I can tweak it a little bit

I love the way they look, but I put mine on last night and it looks funny because the car is about 2-ft in the air on jackstands with no wheels. I need to get it on the ground to really get a good look (I've never seen a JDM rear in person)
