New to the game and looking for help

Hey all, I just bought an 03 evo about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! However this is my first car, all the the other vehicles I have owned have been trucks! Alot of my friends are into cars and I'm looking to get in as well. But the mods to my evo right now are:

Perrin Intake
Injen intercooler piping
Bigger intercooler
3" Apexi turboback exhaust
Hallman boost controller
Exedy stage 2 clutch/lightened flywheel
25lbs of boost on a flash tune

The guy i bought it from says that its all most at 350hp at the wheels. Does that right to any of you guys?
Also I was wanting to get more power out of it. Could anyone help with some mods that would push me over 400hp?

If the car is in fact pushing 350 right now, all you need for 400 is E85, fuel pump and bigger injectors.

What all wold I have to do to run E85? Because I used to race motocross and I know to run it in a dirt bike you have to re-jet the carb for it to run right and healthy. I know dirt bikes and evos are completely different haha. But what all would have to be done?

Fairly simple to switch over. But if your nearest station is too far you're going to hate filling up lol, especially since it burns quicker than 91 or 93. Much cheaper though.
