did you guys have any indication that they were going to be closed while they moved? If so thats a pretty big oversight. They are a quality shop so I wouldnt worry too much. Call them or send email and get status.

I just ordered from them on Monday and had the parts 2 dayed and got them. They're just less than good about checking their emails, so I would call them, and if it goes straight to voicemail try a couple more times. When I called the other day it went straight to voicemail 3 times before it finally rang and someone picked up. But I have never had a problem with them getting me my parts, sometimes it just takes a little while for them to get the parts from their dealer and send them to me. So call and check on them but I wouldn't worry about getting your parts eventually.

I talked to them on Friday about my order from the previous week, I was told they had a lot of orders but mine was labled and ready to ship as of Friday evening. I imagine they have a lot to handle with the move. I would give them a call during the week.

I've made 3 orders probably in the past 4 weeks.. So far got two, takes a little time, they are looking for another shipping person and they are moving their shop so just give it time. I'm pretty anxious to get my UICP though lol

Glad I'm not the only one but really would it kill them to give me an email explaining the situation? Ignoring customers is a ****ty way to do business.

I've been dealing with STM for years and they have never let me down once. Have you ever owned a business or tried moving an entire operation to another location? If not then you have no idea what they are going through right now. They might not even have their net service going at the new place yet. Before assuming they run their business "sh*tty" and trashing them in an open forum maybe you should call and talk to them about what is going on. Did you even try calling them? I have NEVER once called and not had someone pick up the phone man. Here I will even do the work for you - (585)226-8226 and ask for Bryan and ask him where your order is and he will look it up and tell you.

STM has had top notch customer service compared to a lot of parts dealers and shop owners. People get busy, and with a move at the same time it can really slow progress as far as getting moved, setup, carrying over current orders, still taking in new orders plus shop business. Just remember you aren't the only person they have business with.

Yo guys cool out I'm not bashing STM I'm just saying. A little communication goes a long way. And yes I have called them at both locations, but to no avail.

Gotcha, that's news to me and sorry you're having issues right now. What did you order if you don't mind me asking? The reason I ask is because if you ordered something that they have to get from the dealership it might be backordered. Then they have to wait for the dealer to get it before they get and then obviously before you get it.
