Im on ARP Headstuds and boost is set around 28-26psi.

E85 is about $3.15-$3.49 out here in Los Angeles. It's been a godsend.

Here is my environmental impact since i've been on E85.

I run 25-30psi on stock head bolts. No studs. Don't believe everything that you read. Most of it is just opinion that's been passed along as fact :-P

There is potential for Head Lift with that boost with stock head studs. Your playing with fire. If your going to do Cams you might as well do the studs. It's $120 for the studs.

I did it when i did my Cams/Springs/Retainers and its great peace of mind.

True. Lots of stuff we can do to play things safe., I prefer to make changes as needed. If I ever saw any sign of a had lifting, I'd fix it asap for sure. I could spend money on lots of "just in case" parts, but I don't like spending money where it's not needed. Actually, that excludes safety equipment. I am okay with a roll bar, harnesses, and fire-resistant clothing "just in case". :-D

Awesome, just what i want to hear! You tell me alot of good info
i've also seen other guys on here running close to 30 psi on stock headstuds without problems and they are also saying that people under estimate stock headstuds.

me and my cousin did the cam install in just few hours and we never done cams before. it was pretty straight forward if you take your time and do it step by step following all the steps in the DIY writeup.
If for some reason i decide to do headstuds in the future i will do them myself, it doesnt look to be complicated specially with 1x1 method.

Very easy. Me and a buddy did it in just a few hours and having the cams out made it so easy. The valve springs and retainers were a bit time consuming but im very glad we did that all at the same time.

Head studs are super easy. A lot easier than that cam install!
