FP Red HTZ JB supporting mods help
I am about to install a new FD Red HTZ JB turbo with FP cast O2 housing, FP 84mm intake & Tial MV-S waste gate & need some help/advise.
My plan is to run 93 oct & other mods that is already on the car are full turbo back exhaust, 3.5 FMIC, full intercooler piping & MBC.
What is the minimum spring psi should I set up the Tial MV-S waste gate?
Would I need bigger injectors? If so, what size should I get?
Would I need an upgraded fuel pump? If so, what should I get? (I prefer a drop in fuel pump with no mods needed to it)
Should I switch from MBC to EBC (Grimmspeed)?

MBC will be fine, the external tial gate controls boost much better than the MHI internal gate would. the 15-16psi springs option will work fine for 93 octane. On pump gas, 1000cc injectors will do fine. You will at the minimum need a walbro 255. Depending on how much boost you run, you may run out of pump and may need to upgrade to one of the higher flow drop in pumps, or a walbro 450lph.

It is very easy to change a spring out. I run a 10psi spring with a 4port ebc and I can anywhere from 14psi to 40psi. But the 15psi spring is solid advice. Ebc vs mbc is all about your tuner, mbc is just easier to setup.
Are you ever planning on going e85 if so just go a little bigger on the fuel system. You can also run a higher base fuel pressure to get more fuel but your pumps will not like the higher bfp.
