The other giveaways are the instrument cluster with the gear indicator, as well as only two pedals. It could either be a Evo 7 GTA or an Evo 9 wagon.
The owner has probably done extensive re-wiring when he swapped from the stock steering wheel to this aftermarket wheel with paddle shifters.
The centre console has also been swapped to a manual Evo's so you can't really tell its an auto gear stick.
This satnav was available as a factory option, but has to be built-to-order, as the a/c trunking is different, and you'd lose the centre dash clock, along with hazard light button relocate.
Just waiting on a couple more trim pieces and the work can begin.

http://e3io.com/carpc ...Looking into building my own version of one of these
I did some research into it and found this,

Just need some experience with a raspberry pi and you'll pretty much have a comparable unit for 1/4 of the price.
May have to tackle this project once I get some loose funds

This is amazing, but so damn pricey just for the concept of multimedia in the vehicle.
