Power Enterprise Wiring Help....

I have a power enterprise boost controller/ gauge. I bought it used, so I dont have the wiring instruction and the web site has a PDF but the link doesnt work. So here I am.....

Here is my problem. The controller has a knob. When the gauge is powered up, there is a little green L.E.D. that stays lit. When the knob is pressed the green LED blinks. This is normally when you are able to adjust the boost setting. As you turn the knob, the needle moves to the desired set point. Once you have the needle where you want it press the knob again to lock it in....Well when I press the knob, the LED flashes, but needle doesnt move.
I installed another one for a friend which didnt have any instructions either. Same problem...I tried a few different ways of wiring it up. I also have the fan controller which I do have the installation diagram for. So I am pretty sure the power, ign, and ground is correct...as these are the same for the fan controller..

RED-SWITCH 12V
ORANGE-12V
YELLOW-ILLUMINATION
BLACK-GROUND
BLACK WITH WHITE STRIPE...? Right now I have both black and black with white stripe grounded together. If I ground only the black, the power light...green LED, blinks..

Anyone have the installation instruction laying around..?

The needle does not move when setting your desired boost level. Start at the 12 o'clock position, and move clockwise. There should be a gain level setting on the back of the gauge as well.

This boost controller was installed in a friends car. When I wanted to add more boost....I simply pressed the knob and the needle moved as I turned the knob. Yes, that is the sensitivity knob on the back.

Well, what seems to be the problem? When I had this controller installed, the needle never moved when setting the boost level. I no longer have the instructions, sorry, but I can tell you that mine shorted out via static electricity, so make sure and ground that thing extremely well.

I tried to mess with the gain yesterday and still nothing on the gauge....I just put the old boost controller and gauge back up again. I am going to try to call some local shops here and see if they have any instructions that can fax over to us to help out.
