How to remove MR shift knob

I searched and only found how to remove the 5-speed shift knobs. I know it just twists off, like my Civic Si. I replaced my Civic with a Momo shifter and those have a little screw you would tighten at the base after you screw it in.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the 6-speed shift knob? If my new shifter is a screw in (WORKS Grab knob), how would I align it so the logo faces me?

In reference to getting it off, just drink a few beers, it will give you the extra strength necessary to finish the job!
