Just picked up my SE yesterday! Graphite grey with three miles on it.

 

i like the lip and seats on the SE. the black badging is nice on the MR w/ SE.

if there was only a pass thru on the rear seats.

 

base SE seems to be a good option with the extras it has.

MR SE is dumb.

 

This is why I love my 2003. It allready came with everything without needing to buy a package.

 

Our IX MR (NON SE) already has the black steering wheel spokes.

 

eventually one of the vendors will make a replica.

 

I know this will be a popular question, but if anyone is interested in trading our dark MR (non SE) wheels for the new SE wheels, let us know. Personally, I think the darker ones from the non SE MR actually would look better on a silver car. We have a red MR, and my wife is not totally thrilled with the dark BBS's.... If anyone is semi local and interested, ours has around 1400 miles on it.

so basically it's just got different seats, a lip, and shiny BBS wheels? i've got an 06 IX MR...the SE doesn't seem worth it, unless you're upgrading from a base model. i do like the new seats tho...not a big fan of the lip or the wheels

The asthetics are really nothing special, so basically the SE is just an MR without the 6speed tranny..

personally I'd rather shell out the money for the 6speed which is just a much nicer tranny, contrary to what all the envious 5speed owners would like to say.
