Id get new ones. Giro Disc makes a rebuild kit and runs about $150 for all 4.

This selection might be more specific I went to ebay and put " Brembo Caliper decal evo"

http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw...l+evo&_sacat=0

out of all those this might be the best which seem to be made for high heat BUT it looks like evo X calipers instead of IX. Can anyone confirm

All these look really good. I wasn't sure at first about the orange ones on the Electric Blue a couple pages back, but that rolling shot looked awesome. Excellent job

I just did the G2 "red" today and they look much better already. I am letting the epoxy/paint cure for two days and then I am going to take my chances with the clear coat and Brembo decals. I spent about an hour reading this thread in between my six coats looking to see how clear coat holds up over time...more than a year or so....on top of the G2. Didn't read anything answering the question we will see how it turns out.

I had an SRT8 for six years and the Brembo's stayed perfect. Not sure what Mitsubishi or Brembo did differently for the Evo....

It's a one stage enamel paint for automotive use. And I cleared over it so I would think it would hold up for awhile lol

I just went to a sticker making place in my local mall and had him copy the logo off of google image lol. Size for the fronts is 1" x 4" and rear I just got the brembo 'B' logo in 1" x 1" lol.
And I shot four coats of clear over them after inalling the decals

One thing i hate about having a RR evo is that there is too much red, so good job OP for changing it up! I might have to do the gold as well as I have gold volk ce28n's to match

Painted brembo calipers

powder coating is definitely the way to go if you are willing to spend the cash if not you can do it your self but if you are underside with a color it easier to re-paint a different color rather then re powder coating.

i got a great deal on caliper and rotors but there where f-up bad
they need a full rebuild seals dust boots hardware and paint or powder.

I started by using air craft paint remover from pep boys. dont get this stuff on your skin it will peel it off i let it sit for 2-4 hours. Works great
Used a wire wheel and drill to remove any access powder got it down to the aluminum.
Used 1 can of grey primer sanded in between
finally sprayed with 1 can dupli caliper paint waiting for Brembo sticker then follow up with a clear coat.

I did it while it was technically in the car, but I took them off the rotor. Does that make sense? I'm bored with mine and going to do it in another color soon. I'll do it the same way. I'll do it off the car when I put new seals in.
