remind me again why you live so far away?
looks great, are fx-r your favorites (despite bi-xenon) or are they just good and easy to get? tried s2000, tsx, etc before? speaking from a light output / cutoff / ease-of-install

^^ thanks for the kind words
You can't use 2.5" TSX / TSX-R lenses on the factory 3" Stanley projector... It won't fit. There aren't any aftermarket 3" lenses that are suitable for a CT9A projector that I know of...

Darn. so I guess the only alternatives are to either create a shroud/bezel mold that will fit the 2.5 tsx in a evo healight?

^^
TSX projectors in a CT9A HL has been done before using the OEM shroud.
* LightWerkz in the US have done this retrofit,
* So have I
The OEM shroud was untouched. There is a gap around the projector when going from OEM 3" to a 2.5" projector
LightWerkz pix:
* Pic 1
* Pic 2
More Pix here
^^ You could paint the lense holder and front half of the projector black so that the silver body is not so obvious through the gap
The TSX/CT9A combo I did, I used a CCFL halo around the OEM shroud which filled in that gap. I dont have pix right now but it should be easy to picture.
OR
If youre a bit more adventurous like me you can hack away at the OEM shroud then retrofit a E46-R (normal version) shroud in its place.. This is what Ive done for the last 3 sets ^^ coz I retrofitted the 2.5" lensed FX-R BiXenon projector...
It requires more work but its a cleaner look and still looks OEM....
