Honestly its tough to say because i know there is people out there running the QTPs cutting 1.3/1.4 60fts and running high 8s low 9s. But for me, I made the switch after last season. I was cutting many 1.4 60fts and going 9.7-9.8 every pass on the Fp Black. It was going to be tough to cut a 1.3 with those tires. Even when i was cutting the 1.4 60fts it would still spin a little bit.

This year i made the switch to the 15" Rota Slipstreams with a brand new set of M/T ET DRAGS. The last few track days the car was spinning very bad. But i believe with this power level and the new power level i am going to be at with the 8 head and new cams. Full slicks is the way to go. A lot of shops drag evos are on full slicks. I think at these power levels its the only way to go for a Evo Will be back at the track soon, hoping for that 8 sec pass!!

Took the FMIC off today and sold it to my buddy! Cleaned up some stuff in the front of the car, gave it a bath and getting it ready to go over to the shop. Cant wait for the next week or so with all the new goodies. Ill have some pics up of the progress! Stay tuned!
