Thanks, man. Honestly, it's really not that difficult. If you set some time aside, put on some smooth jazz, and just go to town, you don't even realize you're doing a wire tuck .

Thought I'd update with the finished product, seeing as things got in the way, not allowing me to loom the harness until recently.

I used F6 Wrap-Around Braided Sleeving.

Awesome industrial electrical tape I got from a friend who works for Verizon. Just so happens to be PERFECT for harness work.

Hey boss,

I bought this loom, and ordered it from this site. Since this tuck was meant to not be difficult, using Raychem and depinning the harnesses seemed a bit unnecessary.

It's the F6 Wrap Around Braided Sleeving. I used some nicer tape that I got from a Verizon guy for the edges of the loom.

Industrial tape? You went that far, and used tape instead of a zip tie and then heatshrink over it? Son I am disappoint.

What difference does it make to you? It's one piece of tape holding wires together. If Mitsu did it I surely don't foresee it being an issue. If I was going to spend more time, pull the harness out of the car, shorten the harness, relocate the fuse box, etc, I would've gone about it in an entirely different manner, but this took me but two nights and was purely for looks. Next time around will be Raychem and depinning, but my car is 12 hours away so time was certainly limited in getting everything together.

This is meant to be a simple little tuck that anyone can accomplish, unlike the other incredible ones people do and spend upwards of 180 hours on them.

Honestly, I just measured the width of wire and how long. I don't remember exactly what I ordered, but it only took me a few minutes to measure!

Hope that helps.
