Question how did you go about the rear diffuser? Tape it off? I heard it sticks to it and wrecks it when you pull the tape off? Using a blade seems sketchy onto me lol something tells me I would cut into my bumper

Are there any plastidipped evos out there? Preferably 8/9's. planning on doing mine(flamesuit on).

Ill be buying the pro kit from dipyourcar.com gonna do matte black with maybe a glossifier. Cant stand all these scratches/imperfections on my Tarmac black

i hear ya man, im fortunate enough that the dipyoucar store is literally .5 miles from my house so im always in and out of there checking out new things theyre doing... that stuff is amazing

Lucky you, would you be able to tell me if theres a huge difference im plasti dipping with rattle cans vs the dipyourcar pro kits? Im talking a WHOLE evo.

Im keeping black, does matte black look better than matte black with there gloss? How close to the oem tarmac black is it

i havent seen a matte black with gloss, my buddy is running just the matte black on his s2k and its an awesome look, cant really compare it to a TB tho since it isnt cleared

I did my wheels in blaze blue. I highly recommend doing it in warmer temperatures. Did mine in a garage with space heater, weather was in the low 40s and the dip kept clotting. You have to warm the cans up so I had 6 cans leaving 2 in warm water and rotating them out. Had to do this very 5 mins or so and I'm not super happy with the way they turned out. With the surface a little rough they are a pain to clean. I plan to peel it off and dip the whole car in matte red this summer. Did my wife's wheels last year and they are perfect and still look good!
