yep, yep, and yep.

I think you'll find that the upper ball joint maxes out before the tires will hit the inner rear fender well. I could be wrong.

oh, and good luck trying to get ~1.7g's forward accel out of it!!! i'd guess at that point you'd need a locked center diff to limit the front wheelspin! On hoosiers not on a drag strip i think you'll have trouble putting down more than ~1.3g.

oh, and i did have to pull the rears a little bit. Not as much as Mr. Foley to fit the 10.5+15's however.

Except for the perrin psrs, wont increasing caster via strut tops move it closer to the skirts?

Spacer, front only? Or both

N2oiroc,

Yes the PSRS will move the wheel forward, the caster adjustment at the strut tower will move the wheel backwards. That's how you get it dialed. Move it forward with the PSRS and then move it back the perfect amount with the strut tower.

Here's some more pics of the 18x10 RPF1's +38 w/ 295 R888s

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sa...-9-1500-a.html

I ran a +20mm spacer up front with 3.5 degrees of negative camber along with a 6" spring. Fenders rolled flat.

Rears I ran no spacer and my custom trailing links. Rolled rears.

lucky bull... the section width between the 295/ 285 is one tenth of an inch. The big difference is your OD... which makes it harder to fit up front.

yep. played with the 295's and the 285's last night for the front.
discovered quite a bit of stuff actually.

quite a few people have said run an 18x10 +38 with a 20mm spacer in front.
so i did that.. BUT! the tire sticks out too far and looks like it will hit the fender. so i started playing with the spacers.
found that a 15mm spacer is a MUCH better set up. plenty of tire to coil clearance, and about 1-2mm of caliper to wheel clearance.
makes the 285/30/18 tire clear MUCH better.
literally shocked at how little i actually have to do to get these tires to fit!!!!!!

a few pics of playing with the 285/30/18 and a 295/30/18. you can definitely see the difference between them!!!

going to get the 20mm spacers milled down to 15mm.
honestly i think you could go a bit wider if you had a different wheel. there is about 1/4" of room from the coil to the tire. more if i used a shorter spring!

oh the possibilities!

I just bought 18X10's as well but i'm running 245/40/18's Reason i'm running that tire is because "street" class requires 255's or smaller.

Huh,
I don't remember there being that much clearance between the caliper and the wheel at 15mm... I do remember thinking that a 17 or 18mm spacer would be ideal.

How much camber are you running?

LM20's have a TON of caliper clearance... hint hint.

marshall has Nt03's
