What PID are you referring to that reads actual boost? Is is SAE.MAP? Thanks for the info.

You can use sae.map but pcmscan have a script that can log boost in psi/kpa..

Are you having trouble logging boost? If your values seem off, first check that you have SAE.MAP, SAE.BARO, and SCRIPT.BOOST checked in the PID Config. The SCRIPT.BOOST calculates boost via (SAE.MAP) - (SAE.BARO) = BOOST.

So, what are you guys seeing when boost passes 1.5 bar? Does the boost curve just go flat? The reason I ask is I've been logging boost >24psi and my boost curve looks the way it should. I'm running a vendor-made ROM so I'm wondering if they've made the modifications to allow me to log boost beyond the factory cap. I'll be on the phone with them tomorrow I'll see what they have to say. Maybe they'll throw us a bone.

My load curve looks the way I think it should. I was just unaware if how the boost.script works. My load maxed out at about 195-200% I think that seems about right for a ralliart. I havn't tried logging with the boost.script yet but I wouldn't have known to check .BARO and .MAP. Thanks for the tip. That makes sense. I just received the "boost pill" in the mail today from GST Motorsports and I will install that soon. Are there any other maps I need to adjust besides the WGDC and Target Boost maps?

I can log past 1.55 but cannot log past 159% load

WHAT? You can log past 1.55bar, or about 22-23PSI? On mine it just chops it off...I'll post a screenie later if you are interested. Are you running a stock or aftermarket tune?

I raised my load target tables somewhat, and from logging with pcmscan it seems that if and when my boost gets to 20psi it drops off drasticaly and then builds back up. What could cause this? I this the limit of my waste gate since the WGDC cells are maxed out in that area. Is this what the "boost pill" I ordered but have yet to install is for? I hope people don't mind me posting here as I do not have an evo X, but there does not seem to be much interest in editing rom tables yourself in the 09 ralliart forums and I think the ralliart and evo X ecu are similar.

Don't know if anyone has this issue ..

But I can't seem to get a smooth log ..
The datastream seems to be off .. I get jagged graphs .. spiking to unreasonable numbers ..

IF you noticed... 155 is the greatest number you can enter into the WGDC cell. which effective means ard 1.5 kpa or 20psi

I must say that I am running EBC. Not the stock solenoid though...

I noticed this with the last 2 maps I flashed Gunzo...I'm gonna try my "linear response" map again and see if that fixes the problem. I never had this problem before.

75inHg = 2.54bar

Sorry for the lag in getting this up.

Hrm...I just tried my old map that I never had a problem with before. Same weirdness. I'm going to try pulling the cable off the battery and have the ECU reset, reinstalling PCMScan and flashing back to stock to check if I still have the same weird "noisy data" problem.
