Oil cooler, turbo, oil pump, block bearings were all replaced.. Ive sent off an oil sample still waiting for the results. Since that oil change I've put on another 2000km car seems fine oil pressure seems fine and I dumped the oil at the 2k on rebuild and checked it and didn't find anything, like I did the first time.. So I'm not sure what to think?! I would have thought that if there was something fatal it would have happened already with 3000km on the build..

Bearings can take a while to go while still making metal. Keep doing oil analysis with each change and see what happens.

If it was mine, I would be dropping the pan and pulling rod caps, possibly even the main caps, to check things out.
