Yea I think the drain is the issue. The interesting thing I found out is that if I fill the engine with oil to the top line on the dipstick it smokes more than if it's towards the lower part.

The MAP kit has a smaller drain fitting. I would replace it but it's next to impossible with the turbo already on the car.

Got mine to stop after the welded 10an fitting as well but I'm still running the restrictor.

I am having the same issues with smoking to. I am also running the BB 5858. Tuner called Precision turbo and Precision asked them to install a oil pressure regulator and make sure the drain are 10an all the way through. Also, asked us to try a recirculating setup for the catch cans. The shop I am working through is nice enough to refund me the VTA setup and get me a Dual Radium setup. I'll let you know how it goes next week how it goes.

Need to follow What Robert did. Just recirculate isn't enough, you need larger hoses and fittings on the valve cover as well.

I’m already running -10 AN fittings and lines for the catch cans. The setup I am running is similar to the Driven Fab catch can. I will more than likely run the same setup Michael has. But my intake doesn’t have a hole in it to run the line. So I’ll have to drill one out.

The other solution that was suggested is running a larger size fittings for the drain. I am pretty sure I am already running a -10 AN. But I think the fittings are tapper from 20mm-13mm.

Like razorlab says, it’s a pain to replace the fittings and lines with the turbo on. But I might do it soon though because the smoke is just annoyning me. I Just don’t have the time.
