If the evo ends up being 35 plus and close to 40 for the mr the evo line is finished. Because I surely wouldnt dare to spend that much on a evo. I would have to be retarded to do so. It's only an evo their not worth that much, they always have had problems and mitisubishi is a joke. Especially when it comes to customer service. Their dealers and employees are especially rude to customers and then try to force you into buying their garbage. And they dont even want to fix problems with their cars that they setup to happen by being stupid. Like the notorious tranny problems almost every owner has and some straight from the dealship like me, i mean come on what the fu(k is wrong mitisubishi they think their really slick by continuing to give faulty transmissions and then not even posting a recall, except for only one year. Wow mitisubishi is so generous what about the rest of us who own newer versions. And then expect the owners to pay extra money on top of what they paid for a evo that was already over priced to begin with like all evos are. Wow mitisubishi really pissis me of with their bull**** **** some times it is of no surprise to see why mitisubishi was going bankrupt. Their scumbags and now their going to try and a sell a 35k piece of **** evo they can go fu(k themselves. Mitisubishi needs help to get their act together if no their not going to be around for much longer.

well whoever says i'm an idiot about 2008 1LT Vette just lost their ***** and any automotive or car enthusiast credit.
1LT isn't the engine morons , they all come with 430hp LS3. 1LT is the trim package, which is the most basic that a vette comes. You can get a 1LT 2008 for $39999 + destination fee ($850), tax, and title.
That is comparable to an MR, only the 430hp vette will literally pwn the face off any evo X it races, even with heavy mods on the evo, all while getting better gas mileage and more looks.
Next time you might want to google info about other cars if your general knowledge is lacking that much. P.S. other trims for the corvette are 2LT and 3LT (includes Nav/etc). That's where they get more costly.
In addition, I'm commenting on what trustworthy sources... i.e. car and driver, road and track, etc have tested this new car as. All the evo fanboys or people who already put down desposits were hoping and praying there would be some magical underrating on the hp or that they'd crank it up to be faster a month or two before delivery and it's not going to happen.
It's a gas guzzling queen and about as fast (or only slightly faster) than a mazda speed 6, which is a $10,000 cheaper car and gets better gas mileage.

I think fully equiped wrx does 0-60 in 5.8 sec at 224 or 227 hp---evo X does it in 5.4 with 295 hp/300lbs tq.---thats a disgrace, especialy if they ask for more than 32/33k for the base gsr. I swear if it waasnt for the evos looks i wouldve put my deposit on the sti already.

Thats exactly mitsu want the target audience not someone like you but older mature people who can afford this expensive line evo. Someone like you who mode their cars and take it on track and then go back to mitsu claiming that you have a problem with the car
that doesn't help mitsu in sales. So why don't you keep your whatever evo you got JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T AFFORD NEWER MODELFuture sales of evo-X>IX IMO
