You have a camera, lets see. Can you see the primer?

Just picked up my PB '11 GSR (new) from a dealer in north florida, after i got it home noticed scratches in the paint and spots in the clear coat....trying to get them to man up and fix them, but no luck so far. Think i will be wrapping the car soon and hopefully persure the original paint.

Good coats of wax! I got my pb evo x and it had some scratches too. I buffed them out. Clear bras suck. Once the sun starts to crack them there is no turning back. If you don't mind replacing them every 2-3 years then your good. I had a sunburnt orange and the paint would chip wicked easily.

I just got my kit from this local place for pretty cheap. They use xpel patterns with ventureshield film. It was only 115 for the hood, fenders and mirrors and 60 for the rear passenger door area. I'm going to have to get all the rail dust off my car with Iron-x before I install this kit. Iron x should be here Wednesday and I'll install this on Sat.

Picked up my 2012 Evo X and went straight to Paint Protection of Texas. I had him do the 3m clear bra on the front, side skirts, and small patch on the rear bumper where the dirt/rocks spray from the tires. I also had them do the 3m Crystalline window tint as well. They did an awesome job! Machine cut and the fit and quality is top notch.
If you are in Houston or near by, I highly recommend them. Total cost was $950

Had my car for about 6 months. Is it still possible to get the clear bra? What's the cost roughly?

Xpel Ultimate is your friend. I have full front end done, can't even see its there. Has self healing abilities, will not crack or yellow in the sun, if it does it is covered under a 10 year warranty. You can use any product on it and it won't damage the film. It also has a top layer of clear coat so you can correct it with polishes if the self healing abilities can't fix the scratches.

I love having peace of mind every time I drive.

I assume this affects all of the Evo Xs and they have not improved it at all?
