^that is why I ordered Goodyear F1 tires. You may want to get something closer to Blizzaks, since you will most likely be seeing a lot more snow than I will. Check out tirerack.com, they have the best prices... nearly $150 cheaper than already discounted tires at my local shops.

I agree coilovers are the way to go. You need it low in the summer

I replaced my OEM tires with some Continental Extreme Contact DWS all-season tires and am pretty happy with the results so far here in Ohio. I do quite a bit of highway driving and it doesn't snow an extraordinary amount where I am, so I couldn't justify the purchase of a dedicated winter set.
