Smart man! Just make sure you have all your $ stuff ready to roll. They said they would move through the list to the next person on a first come first serve basis if someone didn't have their financing/cash in place.

HQ in Canada is only a five minute drive from my house and they have at least three MR's sitting in their parking lot for the use of staff only I went over today with my wife and got our sticky nose prints all over the windows I have been lobbying my dealer to borrow one but so far no luck

 

I just came from a road course event where I had the opportunity to run with some 135s and 335s, i's and x's - Knowing the drivers, I was not impressed.

As far as 'streetability', I have no experience behind the wheel of an X, 135 or 335 but I continue to not be impressed with BMW's 4wd system, but intrigued by their technology. I look forward to seeing how the MR does out on the road.

My sales just phoned me this morning that the car should be here in around 1-1.5 weeks. And HE NEVER PHONED ME BEFORE. So I assume he is pretty sure about the arrival date

I am going to camp at the car port near where i lived for the next week...

Has anyone heard when the MR will finally arrive in Southern California? Wasn't it supposed to be the first week of June? Has anyone got a call from a dealer to pick up his or her MR this week?

 

Don't know if it was this site or another, but Sam from South Coast said that they arrived at port & are awaiting their release

east coast shod get them in about 3 and a half weeks, so the west coast should be very soon
