Anyone in California heard from a dealer recently about the MR delivery date? It seems odd that the deliveries on the East Coast might be before the West Coast ...

As an aside, where can I find some solid information regarding the MR?

I can only seem to find stuff on the GSR.

My local dealer in the Bay Area of California said June 24th is what his Shipping Invoice says.

I don't think I'd want one at this point -- something has caused Mitsubishi to hold back for a very long time on the MR. I think I'd like to know what it is before dropping the $$$ for one.

Re-flashes and bug fixes in regards to the SST are what have held Mitsu back from releasing it in the US. These issues arose in other parts of the world were the SST has already been released.

If Mitsu had never given the US a release date and used Japan, NZ and others as test mules before releasing a polished product here people would be singing a different tune.

I am not happy about the delay, but I for one am glad we will be getting a better SST out the gate than the rest of the world!

you know... i was also wondering that once the x mr comes out will demand in the ix mr go up or down... generally with cars the older generation's demand goes down once the new one hits.. but with the ix mr being potentially faster and a more racey experience... i'm wondering what will happen
