If the flash is being done now that is good news!

There is a lot of cars to do, but the re-flash only takes 90 seconds per car.

I think if they are indeed re-flashing the cars as I type Mitsu will still hit their deeler delivery estimate of sometime the third week of June (15th -21st).

Already bought my ticket to fly down to SC on the 27th and drive the car back, so I am praying.

I got an E-mail from and they are not saying and gave me the pre-production cars etc Did they hold the event at Mt. Tremblant If so then I think we have so hope before Xmas But the MR's around here sure look like production cars. I did not get a chance to go up to the yard yet

My local dealer says the shipping invoice for the MR is June 24th. This is in the East Bay Area, California.

I was being sarcastic. I expect mine any day now or month or year But I did go by HQ and all the MR's had disappeared so they might have been at Mt. Tremblant. I will call my dealer tomorow and see if they have seen them (they do the service for HQ)

I am tired of waiting.. thinking of buying an '08 Cayman S instead. Can get a sick deal on the 08 caymans sitting on my local P dealer lot... no reason not jump on it

Evo is cool and all, but just tired of the BS. Yeah, it will be faster than a Cayman S, but I don't really care, I think I will enjoy the Cayman S a lot... not always about what's fastest I guess. Its about what feels right, and I was pleasantly surprised with how much feeling the Cayman has (as oppossed to the 997 which I didn not like at all).

So, yeah, most likely, mitsubishi lost at lease one cash sale here...

I was looking at a used Cayman (until I got told I had to have a back seat ).

Beautiful car and carries a lot more butt weight than a mitsubishi ever will with other people.

yeah, but 4 seats and 4 doors is nice, and I really really loved my last Evo (8), so I was looking forward to a little fun again. And honestly, an Evo will be faster on a track.... but in the end, yeah, I think the Cayman is pretty decent little car, and its cool enough to keep me happy. Maybe someday if I can scrounge up more money, can get an Evo later as the family car to park between the Cayman and the minivan!!

Hot dam, what kinda deal are you getting on it? They start out at 59k right. If it I had 60k to spend, I'd go for a c63. That sucker rips on the highway, and handles pretty good for a big 4 door.

Go for the Porsche! I'm going at the launch of the Saab TurboX tomorrow in Montreal (track day with professional drvers and a chance do lap the car.... can't wait!) and have one on order too... I guess I will decide tomorrow if I keep my option on the MR or go with the more practical turboX SportCombi. So much BS from Mitsu that I lost all exitment about the Evo! they probably lost another sale here too.
