JDM evo x.... 2500 miles on it... noticed yesterday and from today that i am always hearing rattles from my dash board... its annoying.. anybody has this issue as well? makes the car sound old inside

 

That's just the car reminding you it's a Mitsubishi

I have plenty of rattles in the dashboard, shifter, glove box, etc. Try to find out exactly where the rattle is coming from and you can probably put some kind of padding in the dash to stop the vibrations.

 

yeah I have same thing, problem is trying to find it while its rattling

 

There were a lot of complaints about the glove box squeaking-sounds just like a deep internal dash squeak. All I do on mine is just touch the corner of the glove box door and it stops.

 

its so flicking annoying... grrr... yeah its like coming from the glove compartment... i mean.. come on.. i know i did not buy a luxury ride but dayumm.. it sounds bad...

 

LOL! that explains all the rattling n my car lol

 

Imagine what mines like I have urethane motor mounts... My car sounds like its going to fall apart at idle with the AC on. It feels like a lazy boy with a massage option.

 

I have the same issue. Mine is the small square close to the windshield between the defrosters. It's so annoying on gravel!

 

shoot...my passenger window has a pinhole leak in the weather seal somewhere and it whistles at 75-80 mph.
