I don't use the jackpoints under the side skirts because i'm sure that with a standard jack the metal lip will be deformed.
Behind these four (lateral) jack points there are 4 metal plates with holes, more or less 2.5"x 2.5" so I've done this to have an adequate support surface:

It works great, the small end is done to match the car jack rise point (black in the picture http://image.made-in-china.com/2f0j0...k-STFL323-.jpg) and the rubber goes under the car.

I'm very happy with them!
