thanks for the info,

i plan or already did the following

turbo back exhaust,
pull the spare tire out
braile light weight battery

should be good for almost 100 lbs lighter

ohh and join weight wachers LOL

Well anything I've done further than this kinda made it hard to live with as a DD. What's posted is a very good point between DD and Track car.

are you sure?
i have them removed a couple of times.
i thought they were around 20 pounds maximum. they use a really light foam.

Good info, thanks.
I just started my transformation to TA street class prep.

Probably have 40 hours of work- bolt ons etc and maintenance.
My Evo X is daily driven and I want it to stay that way and I need to reverse everything- almost - for winter driving.

The car debuts May29th at our local TA series, looking to chop 1.5 seconds off last years track record.
I guess seats will come out to make the maximum impact.
