Yes, Kevin is great. He made sure that my clunking sound was found and fixed (loose strut tower brace).

I called him today, wanting to get the recall done tomorrow, and he said that he'd prefer me to wait until next week so that he could be there to personally take care of me.

So far I'm also very impressed with Gillman Mitsu South here in Houston, at least their service dept. (I bought my car at Gillman North, because they had the exact MR configuration that I wanted. Was happy with the sales experience there as well.)

People always rag on dealers & svc depts... I think it's important to report when we have good experiences as well.

I went to South Coast Mitsubishi and they looked up my VIN for records of Recalls done to my car. Looks like Hood Latch was done before I bought my car, and they set me up for oil change and changing the fuel return line. I also told them about my intermittent stuttering idle and it looks like they reflashed my car. After I got the car back, it drives like a dream!
