This is a return-with system, so there's one line to feed the rail (attached to the right of the rail, looking from the front of the car) and one return line, that comes from the fuel pressure regulator attached on the left side of the rail. This is the part subject to the recall, not the feed line. I think that instead with the AMS rail it comes the FEED line: this is what it seems from the image of the product.

Yeah, thinking about it now, doesn't make a whole lot of sense for an aftermarket fuel rail to come with an added piece for the return line. Seems a bit superfluous.

FWIW, I checked with Buschur, and their Agency Power one does not come with a fuel *return* line.

Uh oh! Looks like someone's gotta break their streak and place a different manufacturer on their list-o-mods! sux!

Once again, dealers will not be notified until the end of the month.

Is this for real? And can they detect a stock evo x MR tune?

I'll just put a sticker over the other logo. It's cool

They probably going to void my warranty because I de-badge the car, thus making it not stock and unidentifiable so they can't service it.

I was under the impression the "crack prone" part was the return line, and not the fuel rail feeding line. If you look at the lines running there, you can clearly see two lines: One feeding the rail, which looks snugly attached, and one leading back, beside it. This one sort of "hovers", and is the one I believe they're changing.
Yes, there is a return off the FPR, but not the fuel rail itself. I guess its just nitpicking.

Depending on how cool your dealer is maybe you can just order a new fuel return line in terms of warranty, instead of dragging your car in for service and them voiding your warranty or if you have no other choice get rid of the stock metal line and replace it with a high pressure fuel hose or a braided return line.

did anyone get a letter for the hood latch recall I never did, I just happen to be at the stealership when a friend told me about it. I just want to make sure that I get this recall problem fixed.

Any cars sitting on the lot during that recall would have been fixed.

When did you buy your car?

The recall will actually start at the end of the month. I'm sure that ASAP some guy here will post the part number. That will be useful for us in EU with USDM X
