Greddy Ti-C.

It's too loud, I hate the huge, silly titanium tip, and I feel like I am 10 years my junior when driving my car as a result.

Tried that, but only seems to work until restart or not at all. I can only raise the warning tone threshold, but after restart it is back to original.

Thinking of getting ZR-2 gauge from Zeitronix. AFR and boost in one gauge.

Three tunes, wish I only did that once, especially since it costs me an arm and a leg unlike you US guys. I now wont touch my car until I have a LOT of new parts and throw them all in at the same time, and leave it like that for a long time.

Okay, I'll bite. I've averaged $150/hr and both of my tunes were 2-3 hours. How much are you paying?

I'd agree that it wouldn't be worth it for less than 40hp. Were you retuning for supporting mods? Changing fuel or adding a turbo is worth it.

Defi White Racer Boost Gauge-worked fine but I wanted the boost and AFR Gauge to match so I replaced it with an AEM Digital Boost Gauge

the greddy ti-c I just bought seems a bit on the loud side too. but I don't regret it because its not raspy at all, just deep and sometimes droning lol...

why would the HKS filter do that? isnt it a tried and true filter, i mean cobb even makes a map for the AP for that filter.. how much was a replacement MAF, and what happens when it goes bad while ur driving?

I semi-reget buying the HKS hi-power exhaust. The Good: I love the look and price ($620 shipped to my door, new) The Bad: Loud, and drones! I read from others that this exhaust was reasonably quiet. I guess what is loud to me is quiet for others. Also, it vibrates!

I semi-reget buying the AEM analog wideband gauge. The Good: Needle is very easy to read at a glance. It matches the stock gauges. The Bad: Makes annoying noise when the needle moves. Fix: turn up radio. It has no serial support for datalogging. Fix: wire into ECU and input V to afr conversion equation via Evoscan.

The problem with the HKS is that they aren't designed to be cleaned so you'll be buying a few of them. Oiled filters ruin the MAF.

That's why I went with the AFE dry filter that they actually designed so that it could be vacuumed and/or rinsed off and dried. It costs a bit more but I won't have to throw it out in a year.
