Stage 2 29 psi+, help!!!

I received my invida down-pipe with cat delete (+ already stage 1 withe Q-300) today and installed it and uploaded the cob stage 2 91 oct LWG map and i was pushing 29 psi , then i changed back to stage 1 91oct LWG and still same problem.
I had to take my intake off the car to get to the bolt on the down pipe, and it ended up being a whole turbo housing removal, maybe a loose vacum hose?
Also in not throwing any code from my 02's sensors. Also boost pill is still not removed.

I thought you have to remove the boost pill to run the stage 2?

you do, so it's odd that its hitting 29 psi. Is that a gauge reading?
