I personaly like the wing. It gives the EVO a more agressive look.

 

Ya I think the hole wing look its gonna get you pulled over just cuz you have a wing is a bunch of bull. Like someone said wing or no wing you'll get pulled over if they really want too. I have a gsr 9 an of course they don't come with the wing an now I put one on an ever since I had my wing on I have not been pulled over, even when cops are right behind me. They'll do it no matter what !

 

You know what I find to be funny? When you do searches on the interwebs to see if there are any actual data on whether wing vs no-wing is more or less likely to get you pulled over, most of what you find is about a drunk hockey player dressed like a Teletubby.

 

Some people prefer the high wing look, others like myself not so much. A wingless evo 8 or 9 with a jdm bumper. There aren't a lot of things in life that can beat that IMHO. Each their own, Evos are still Evos.

Well, I bought my EVO just because of the wing. Same reason for my old STI. If not because for the wing, I think I have bought the Audi already.

It works great. Not sure how much it costs, it came with the Touring package.

See, this is stuff I just don't know. Are trolls, by nature, not very intelligent? Are they very large, like in the Harry Potter movies, or small, and fit under small wooden bridges? Do they ask tricky questions or just try to hit you? It's what I love about the Interwebs, so much information...

I'm leaning latter too, as I think I might like a nice troll.

As for the OP, haven't we beaten this issue to submission? Are there not enough pictures of winged and wingless Xs out there for people to decide on their own - not to mention some technical discourse on the benefits and impact of a wing at the race track and its impact on down force?
