I went from about 335hp on 91 to 397hp on E85. Same dyno. So about 62hp gain. Not sure the hp difference between 91 and 93 but I wouldn't think its 30hp.

Yea you can switch. I just hold the cruise control for 10 sec. But I have not gone back to 91 since I got E85. Makes no sense. Purpose is more hp not less. But it's nice to have the option if I ever get stuck out someplace with no E. But I usually plan trips around E stations and carry a VP can that holds about 6 gallons.

I can go about 200 miles before getting the flashing fuel light. I have made it 30 miles with the gauge showing empty. It will go more but not sure how much more.

I don't think pushing the stock turbocharger to 400hp at the wheels is going to be your most reliable option. The factory turbocharger is not designed to be ran at that horsepower level. I would recommend looking at a turbo kit option. It looks expensive at first when comparing pricing. But everything that comes with the kit makes it worth it.

We put down 440whp @ 18 psi using a 35R turbocharger. The 30R setup will spool up faster (3500-3800rpm) and put down similar power at low boost. The garrett turbochargers are ball bearing and dead reliable at this boost range. Intake air temps will be much lower than a stock frame turbocharger.

I would highly recommend looking at a turbo kit if you plan on pushing 400whp+
