Seems like I have to hurry up and buy my IX.

 

I like it. Also, the one pictured is a paddle shifter! I really like that.

EVO X will find its way into my garage , that's all I can say. So far the best looking one!

Someone needs to find a good rear picture of the car.

 

The Turbo is definitely in the back. They layout of the engine looks the same as the base Lancer.

If you take a look at this pic: http://images.leftlanenews.com/conte...rototype-x.jpg you can see what I'm talking about. The air intake and filter are on the top left of the picture. From there it passes to the turbo. You can also see what appears to be a stock mitsu JDM metal BOV at the top of the picture. More than likely the red pipe over the motor is heading to the intercooler, and from there it goes into the intake manifold.

I would think this setup makes a little more since, as it keeps the majority of the heat away from the intake components.

 

Hopefully, it will look just like that when it comes out.

 

Crazy day indeed! I just loged on to check whats up in the wonderful world of evo's. Half the new posts are about this haha. Im wondering the price of it. Im sure, along with everything about car so far that theres just speculation. But im curious to see if it will stay in the same price market. Or if we are going to see a redesigned evo X with a price tag to match!

 

They did not keep the super-mean lookin front end with the headlights.

 

headlights look sort of like the r34 but that middle front end looks nasty, too plain looking

Yes they did. The two front ends are almost exactly the same.

If it looks this way and is released sometime soon, this may be my first large purchase after I get out of school.

 

They made the headlights a bit larger as well.
