It's not an SMG, SMG is a BMW held name for a sequential gearbox and stands for Sequential M(otorsports) Gearbox. The Mitsubishi will be a dual clutch gearbox similar to the DSG that VAG uses and it is very different technology, it's not even sequential.

thats what im thinking but i mean with the honda s2k or even the 350z whenever someone turbo'd those they always had the 3 inch dual exhaust tips'

either way i think it looks sweet and i will definitely be saving for one

Looks great so far, but lets remember it's still a prototype. I'd bet that both the rims and rotors will get lost when it comes time to mass produce it. It also looks very small, does it have rear leg room?

the more i look at it the more i fall in love...i am gonna slow down with the mods on the IX and save up for the X...whats better than having the best of the CT9A and the first of the newer generation evos?!!! i truely and honestly cant wait...

One of the links said the 20 inch wheels will be replaced with 18s but it didn't say whether the design of them would change or not.. Also, it talked about the brakes but didn't mention if they would be dropped or kept..

They'll most likely change the rims to 18's, get rid of the drilled rotors, make the dash plastic, and maybe change the seats. I can't wait.
