Just to bring some of you up to speed, Turbo Magazine June 05 is featuring a Blitz Twin Turbo stock block Sti.
Don't be surprised to see this technology surface.
Interestingly I have also heard of guys running a supercharger on top of a turbo!!!

Twin Turbo on an inline 4 is not typical and not needed.....a single turbo with a bigger inlet and more boost is more likely if anything. Twin Turbos are usually useful on 6 cylinder engines who can tolerate much more boost because of their displacement. I miss the old days when the Twin Turbo production cars were common: Toyota Supra, Nissan 300ZX, Mazda RX7, Mitsubishi 3000GT etc...
And AutoX mode for the ACD?? Why would they need that? Tarmac mode already covers it. Unless the Evo X comes with a variable torque splitting center differential like the STi's I don't think an AutoX mode would be possible.

none of it makes sense, something i would love to have but doesn't sound very streetable, and useless if they still use the same crappy paint.

The Evo X will NOT look like anything posted.
If I may be permitted one more analogy - you guys are arguing about who is going to win the superbowl in 2010.
Stoopid.

the X will be hot. I think the angle and color shown in those pictures is boring.. that car doenst look so good in silver, but someone photo shop it black and red with gunmetal wheel and youll get a better idea of what it will look like. I dont know why they would go back to chrome type headlights and silver wheels. The thing i really like about this car is the WRC style spoiler. Its very different.
