so many guys selling their evos saving up for evo x. I think many of em will be dissappointed when they get the real price.

when the VIIIs came out, everyone said the same thing......then came the IX and some people had the same reaction.

i say wait till it comes out, "the real thing" with "real" evo colors.

mine will look something like this

 

so you can get a loaded 08 lancer for 20k and you guys think another 20 - 22k for it to become an Evo? Am I missing something here?
And as far as coming out in September, thats when the specs will be out on it the car. I would say it won't be out until after the 1st of the year.

I wouldn't be surprised if dealers marked the Evo X's up around $42K. Cause there's always some fool out there willing to pay.

 

yeah as hard as black is to keep clean. I'm probably leaning towards it but we'll see when it comes out.

 

please. some fool is not going to make you money. you need alot of sales to keep a business running. a fool here and there is not going to keep the lights on.

 

i always thought the evo X looked good. but as soon as i saw it in black wit them gold rims. i instantly nutted on myself. .

black is my favorite color. thats why my evo 8 (totaled) and now my evo IX is black. im honestly gonna save up and get the X in its second run. after all bugs are worked out, stick shift becomes available, and when AMS, buschur, etc... make parts for it. i will use the X as the daily driver and the IX has the weekend kick ur *** car. or vise versa.

 

Hence why they have other vehicles such as the outlander, lancer, and eclipse to sell rather than relying on one highly priced car.

 

bottom line, the car is hot, it will not be as fast as 95% of evos on here, in stock form but it will be better in every way. they will not go over $40,000, its a border they will not want to cross. i really think that anyone that says its ugly is either,jealous cause they cant afford one or retarded.
