Lancer Evolution X News, Info, Pics, etc... | [ALL THREADS MERGED]
I don't care if it's a repost, that car is teh hawtness!!!!!!!!!!1111 It would compliment my trailer really well. Of course I would opt for spinner hubcaps, I can't see how that's not a factory option.

lol, guys calm down. This IS the Evo X, it's just not wearing its production skin.
The gas tank is moved because all new Lancers will be riding on a new platform (shared with the new Neon
) . In this photo of this Evo X prototype, the guys at 
used the current base Lancer front end fascia and the Evo rear end fascia to disguise what's underneath it all. They basically just threw on whatever parts fit to make it SEEM like a junker, rather than wrapping it in tape and coverup and making it obvious that it's a test car.
Bear in mind that these pictures came from The Car Connection saying it was a next gen Lancer. TCC is a very reliable source.
May not look nice quite yet, but man I bet that thing moves. Just think of it as a sleeper.

U cant tell if there is a fmic or not... but those wheels are 5 lug and they look like 17's... also... it may just be my imagination but it kinda looks like u can see the brembo caliper in the front left wheel... what do you guys think??? I know this is not what the 10 is gonna look like and I think I speak for everyone hear when I say that I pray to god this new layout and new engine will be half as good as the 4g63t... I dunno what mitsu is thinking by abandoning its roots with that motor... I guess its just "evolution". sum rumors have also been going around the forums about a new v6 because of wrc changing its rules for 2007 "no turbo". I thikn that is bull tho.. it better be.
