I know there's been a lot of talk about the look of the new Evo X. I think a lot of the negative revolves around the front end. Personally I think the car overall shape is good but that gaping front looks atrocious. An easy fix would be to colour match the beam between the two grills. Also black grills instead of grey. Here's what it would look like. What do you think?

 

I'm so tired of hearing about this car. One thing no one says is, IT's A CONCEPT. This is not going to be the exact car. There are going to be tweeks to the car, especially the interior.

 

I think the EXTERIOR is the next Evo according to numerous auto publications.

Someday we shall see.

In the meantime (what, early 2007?), we will all just work ourselves into a total lather discussing it.

Your concept sucks. Read the threads... most people think the front is the best feature of the new X and the curves and rear the most often disliked. In the words of the designer "I tried to be a bit brutal, a bit macho". The aggressive front is amazing and is what will set this apart from all other supercar "wanabees" on the road. The new Skyline GT-R saw fit to virtually copy this grill design... Like some mags have said "like or leave it, this isn't your momma's Lancer"!

If your looking for a "sleeper", go elsewhere in 2007!

You're going to be hearing one helluva lot more about this car... Get with the program and do your reading Mr. Cali2MDevo8... This IS virtually going to be the the new Evo X... Confirmed by the lead designer to be at least 95% exactly like the production vehicle, including the interior... only the 20" wheels and "maybe" the taillights have been alluded to as not carrying over in production.

I'm not sure if I like the next proposed Evo body, but if it has to be that one, I like the color carrying across the front of the bumper like he's done it. Little idea, huge improvement, buddy. Good job.
